- Localization was great. Close to pier and close to the old town - Safety - object was very well secured + security guy after hours - Cleaner was coming every day to change towels, bring water

A good bed and bathroom. A kettle with tea, coffee n milk sachets The reception staff were all really helpful and friendly. Air con very good and the Wi-Fi. Just a five minute walk to the Butterworth ferry so ideal.

The bed is quite large than what I expected. The room and bathroom is spacious. There’s room make up daily. The hotel located in the city so we can walk around to explore

location is good, very close to Penang port for ferry. Close to tourism hotspots with walking distance and nice local food. Room is clean and comfortable.
